Anyone else notice that the ruler/logo is etched on crooked? That's a pretty easy spot, can't believe QC didn't see that...
I'm having my own battles with myself about Leatherman. After a few patronizing email responses from them filled with PR-speak and blanket defense statements that attempt to make you feel stupid, I have decided I am done trying to give them my direct feedback because they apparently just want to put the walls up. I love the Brand old leatherman ways, and I will probably keep buying those on Ebay for my users. I might try a new model here and there, but not without holding it in my hands to make sure it's one that SHOULD have passed QC. That said, at least for the models that have been around a bit, the QC seems to be getting better. It always seems that first production runs are littered with errors.
