Day 2 bonus pic of an important test, carried out very well: day off tomorrow

That's a good test, but I somehow think you won't be satisfied with a study where N=1.

Day 02 :

I find the Spirit so easy to carry in the pocket, I doubt I'll do any belt sheath carry. For this challenge, I dug out my pocket caddy. It's designed for a Buck 110, so the Spirit sinks down in the pocket a bit far. You could say it is a Buck 110 costume for my Spirit.

Nevertheless, it works nicely and I'm interested how the caddy does with regular and prolonged use. So, I'll keep using this one for the challenge:

I’ve been thinking of making something very similar to yours. I was thinking about it because I have one for my J frame S&W and it works great!

Day 2. Used the scissors to open some mail but for today this is a better pic. Spirit X with my Chrome Messenger bag. I love 'em both. Pity the sheath doesn't look good with my suit !

Obviously you need a new job, not a new carry system.

I think the sheath and Spirit X would go better with your suit than the Crome Messenger bag!
But seriously, I like messenger bags, its a military thing ;)

I never actually had used one.
Now how do I get one done?

Thanks Rdray you're probably right - I'm no bike courier but Chrome make some great bags and I can't be doing with conventional any more. And the buckle on this messenger just sold it to me

Day 2:

Flatheads saw some use today. First the small flathead in the morning to tighten  a screw in an electric socket. Later the large screwdriver/bottle opener/pry thing to get some keys off keyboards. I really smurfing hate it when people request new keyboards because the letters are a bit faded

Solving problems you didn't know you had in the most obscure way possible

"And now, it's time to hand this over to our tame race axe driver. Some say, he can live in the forest for six months at a time without food, and he knows of a secret tribe of only women where he is their God. All we know is, he's call the Styx!" - TazzieRob

The Spirit X repairing a neighbor’s cane tip , by means of a Leatherman #1&2 Robertson bit , and a Leatherman bit adaptor . The bit I used was a #1 Robertson ( in Canuck parlance , a green robbie ) .

Best Regards,

Chris

Day 2:

So tempted to test out these wire cutters. These  expensive yet crappy fraying lightening cables really annoy me.

Day 2:

used pliers to tighten some bolts on a toilet (really wish they opened wider)

used scissors to open snack bags...

and...

used the multi-function tool to cut a spiral incision on an ice cream sandwich package...No mess opening.

.
