Great posts! :drink:

I just wanted to share a link on the History of the Buck 110 Hunter from 1964-1986.

It is full of pictures of the different Variations as the 110 evolved,

If I've deciphered everything correctly my oldest 110 is a V3V8.    :D

Looks like mine is a V5V3   :tu:

Day 4:

I use Gorilla's Clear Repair tape for jobs duct tape really isn't suitable--laminating small documents, as packing tape, and jobs where I want to hide the repair.  I tend to go through a LOT of it--about two rolls every month of so.

I normally buy them in two packs, but I've noticed Amazon is now charging less for two individual rolls.

DAY 4 =  I don't know what my wife does with our paring knives, but I can tell you what she doesn't do: sharpen them.   I tried to cut a tomato for lunch and they were dull as butter knives, so I whipped out the 110 and went to work.  :tu:

I use Gorilla's Clear Repair tape  . . . about two rolls every month of so.

I am totally a Gorilla tape freakazoid.  I don't go through it as fast as you, but I keep it in the kitchen junk drawer, and in my vehicle and my Man Sack.  I broke the plastic handle on the rear liftgate of my Chevy Suburban when I hit it with a tractor several years ago, and the Gorilla tape I used on it is still intact.

Day 04
I'm monitoring the weather radio and looking out the window.  It looks nasty out there and there's supposed to be a storm blowing through to the north of me with reports of ping pong ball sized hail!  That will surely put a hurting on you and ruin your day.

Day 4

The 110 Pro quickly freed this new Opinel No. 10 from its packaging.  The No. 10 almost looks like the 110’s French cousin…

Just cutting some pickles to go with lunch.
Pickles and olives...great combo! :tu:

I'm monitoring the weather radio and looking out the window.
That's a nifty little radio. I use either a CCrane SkyWave SSB or a Baofeng UV-5RE to monitor weather.

The No. 10 almost looks like the 110’s French cousin…
:iagree: I became quite a fan of Opinels in a very short time. Their packaging is also unique. Though I think I'll go for the gift box (if offered) for future safe queens...

Great work by awl!

DAY 5  Opening two bags of dog food today, but only got a pic of one.  It's easy to train a Lab to use an iPhone camera, but impossible to get them to do anything once they smell new food.

Day 5:  Didn't actually use the Buck for this. Carrier (trying to avoid the quarter-mile trip to the house from the end of state maintenance) had shoved the package into the mailbox and it had slightly crushed the box (thus, it wa already half-open), and to remove the figure from the packaging, I had to use SAK scissors due to tightly wrapped, and poorly placed elastic bands.

I've gotten into riders for the odd-scale Schleich horses I had. Schleich's are a bit pricey. I always thought Breyer was more popular than Schleich, but secondary market prices for used Schleich seem much more.

I picked out this one from Papo, and another from Safari Ltd. I ordered that should be here tomorrow or Thursday.

Papo does a really good job on their figures--better than Schleich. The paint is thin, which allows for better detail, but it's really fragile. Simply removing the rider from the saddle scuffed her left boot.

I could go for a donut right now! My breakfasts have lately been grits and cinnamon bread. Coffee goes without saying, and is often an all-day thing for me.

More great photos from everybody!
