Day 10

Today's carry.  Pic of the backside scale shows why this one became a personal knife, lol.  Scratched the crap out of that back scale

Day 10

Had to use the quack tape to secure this opening so the trash wouldn't escape.

May the best of your past, be the worst of your future.

Day 10
Didn’t use the Duck tape but some packaging tape wrapped around the tip of some string helped feed the cord through my SAK keyhole to add a bead.

Later in the afternoon the SAK cut some packaging on an egg due kit for coloring some Easter eggs.

Day 10:
Switched to the Ruby Tinker + and peeled a couple oranges for a snack today. Just realized that I forgot to put my tape and paperclip in the photo. I assure you it was in my pocket though

Day 11

Inspecting items from yesterday's hall. The Engineer stubby is quite stubbier than I expected. The Engineer ratchet has a spring I've only seen in the Tekton mini ratchet (which has been out of stock for months). The Railer ratchet is also quite solid, tiny, off-set.
That's my Deluxe Tinker.

Day 11

MacGyver kit at W-Mart.  Still doing renovations at the store.  The rest rooms were out of commission for about two weeks.  Everyone had to make small mincing steps with anxious expressions outside to a trailer that served as a facility.  Inside you could heard hammer drills roaring as major destruction/construction/ re-construction work went on in the flusher.
Finally, the bathrooms inside were opened for the public.  I went in to inspect.  Not one thing had been changed.  Same fittings.  Same sinks.  Same pee stains on the floor.  Workers evidently took their tools in the place and occasionally ran some power tool or clanked on a pipe for two weeks.  Paid by the hour, I suppose.
Looked at the Casio watches.  There were some I-Tech watches.  Not interesting.  Found the knifey counter.  Empty.  Still renovating there.  At least it looks like there will be some knives.  Looked for friend Alan's favorite Chef-Boy-Ar-Dee mini ravioli and meatballs.  Couldn't find the shelf.  Stopped and asked a bored female employee on a ladder thing where Chef-Boy-Ar-Dee was living now.  She looked at me strangely, then figured out what I wanted and pointed me lethargically in the right direction.  I found the Chef.  No mini ravioli and meatballs.  No empty shelf where they should have been.  Nothing.  Self-check stations were relocated and reduced from 10 to 6.  A dozen regular checkout lines or so.  Only 3 open.
Left some bread for the varmints last time.  Then it rained and their snacks got all soggy.  Sad little furry faces trying to slurp down something.  Makes me want to sniffle just thinking about it.  Best wishes.  G

Day 10

I keep forgetting to post the previous day...

At any rate,  key fob battery needed replaced and the driver on the van opener worked perfectly to open the top and bottom.

Replaced the nozzle, and had to heat it up to get it loose. My trusty Wave chipped in to help the CyberTool so I could use both pliers and avoid melting my fingertips.

Day 11

Replacing license plates on one of my new to me vehicles. The driver worked perfectly. Realized the paperclip did not show up in one photo, but took another with it and a corner of my tape roll,  which is more prominent in the other photo.

Not much out of the MacGyver knife today.  I did use a bunch of duct tape in the lab but didn’t get any pictures!
