Ok, that LM badge gotta go...
But the pouch is Bulletproof like the Multitool!

Fits a Handy little Executive,
Swisstool Spirit,
Sharpening stone DC4,
and a Carpenters pencil.

Frank  :tu: proud to be an owner

Ok, that's blasphemy! Leave the Leatherman logo on it for when you go back to edcing the one that belongs in that case. Those cases are handy I will agree. And my Spirit is getting more use everyday. But, it will be hard to get the Wave I have off my belt.

That's a nice idea Frank, I'll need to give that a go.  Welcome to the forum.

Thanks mate.

The stainless Executive (Director) fits even better! Perfect pair with the Spirit IMHO

Sign me up for the SwissTool Spirit X Club. Do I get an Orphan Annie Secret Decoder Ring? I like the X so much I ordered the original SwissTool which hopefully will be here tomorrow.

Just got my Spirit X today. I am impressed. It holds up favorably in comparison to the Leatherman Wave.

That's exactly what happen with me. The Wave was my go to tool until I got a Spirit X.

I would love a ClipDraw for my Spirit but until I can get one sorted here is my crude way of enabling pocket carry. It's just a simple paracord loop thought the jaws of the plier and then the knot goes under my belt to keep it verticle. Obviously the loop is really simple to remove when using the tool - its far from ideal if you use the tool a lot but works well for me!

Often simple is best, I use something like that. If it's stupid but works, it isn't stupid.  :D

Sorry about my ignorance, but I want the Spirit with black oxide finish, scissors on one side and the normal point blade on the other, which model is it?

I look everywhere and the black models that I could find comes with 2 blades or the square no point blade. No scissors????

Thank you.
Enjoy!

+1 good simple idea. I don't often use the pliers, so I think this would work out fairly well and not really get in the way.

Hi all,

today I got a Spirit S or a Spirit I as it is called on the Victorinox site these days.
Now, I had kind of figured out it wouldn't come with pouch as it wasn't mentioned on the Amazon.de description but I was expecting at least a standard gray-white Vic small carboard box. To my surprise instead it came in the equivalent of a small sandwich bag even if with a bar code sticker. Did anyone have the same experience?

I want another Spirit S.  I hope they make this configuration again; maybe with some nice handles like the RT Ed.

I'm surprised the RT edition is still available; maybe the made a lot of them, and the price maybe stops some people, especially first time buyers if they are not familair with the tool.

John, that's a standard Spirit mate.
The "S" has the peanut butter blade and a plain edge blade - no scissors  ;)
