I am willing to say that it's footprint will be closer to the ST200 and the Core So unless you could track down a ST200 leather sheath (good luck ) it probably won't fit the older sheath but hopefully I am wrong and it fits in there like a glove

They already did re-release the Sideclip - it's called the Kick! They never did really replace the PST though, which is a bit odd.
