This former Tinker was reincarnated late last night into a Spartan using the corkscrew from a Waiter, which will become the third Apprentice later today. Out of four Waiter and four Tinker, I'm going to end up with four Apprentice and two Spartan. Blades on two of the Tinkers were trashed beyond being worth Spartan conversion. May work on this one's scales to restore them as they're not too badly scratched or pitted.

I finally bought a SwissTool... then I decided to give it to my dad as he is ALWAYS doing something and always needs various tools. He was surprised, impressed with it and happy.  :tu:

These SwissTools are awesome. That's what I call a tool.

An excellent gift!   :salute:   :salute:

Thanks. :salute:

A lot of dirty tools and don't know what shape the scissors are in but can't go wrong for $5.99 on the bay. Should be pretty handy to clean up and throw in the console of the truck. (seller's pic)

Its a Champ. Looks like its missing the magnifier lens. But for $6 you definitely can't go wrong.

Hmmm if that is the case, I smell a mod  i might square off the cavity with a file for a common nut in my every day life, or glue a rubber washer inside for a friction wrench of some kind I don't know.

I used one of my old Monarchs with no mag glass as a bubble blower one summer....makes lots of little bubbles! :D     The grandkids loved it.

This is one I'd be tempted to run through the dishwasher top rack . . . without the hot drying cycle which would damage the scales . . . but would first research whether the rest of the wash cycle would hurt the scales before subjecting them to it.

Got this Deluxe Tinker with a Tinker and Super Tinker. It was advertised as used and shows it, but it's cosmetic with some scuffs and scrapes that can be cleaned up with some work. I've already done some work on the scales and will be working on some of the tools as time permits. Tool set is a bit redundant with some of my others like the Cyber Tool 34 and Craftsman, but it's got pliers and scissors in fewer layers.
