Snowy Mountains.

New Fieldmaster. The blade says 'House of Switzerland 2017'; the box says 'St. Moritz Ski'. The number on the box matches the ad number. Either way a nice looking knife.

Nice one CS, I was looking at those today, a nice art-decoish postcard look to it.  :tu:

Thanks. Definitely art-deco.
Its been made for the World Ski Championship in St. Moritz
In case you didn't realize, that thingy on the back is a ski.

About 80 years ago St. Moritz advertised with its ozone rich air :D :tu:
It wouldn't be the internet without people complaining.

Thanks guys  :salute:

Really happy to have finally found the CIA knife, those appear to be pretty rare birds, the previous chance I had on eBay was over a year ago.

I have yet to start collecting these smooth, pocket pal/secretary, suppository-looking SAKs but I know I'll catch the bug soon.

This one's nice and matches my sunglasses frames! Therefore I 'need' one.

Brass Rambler, thanks Bob :)

Another nice one from Bobby J LeSAK. Gonna look nice as it ages. One of these days I'll make a move on one of his 91's with brass magnifier. I love how you can easily replace a broken tool, or in the case of 58's where every tool is either single or double thickness, you can swap to different tools. I believe the 58's tools aren't drilled out for bigger pins?

That 74 is a nice bonus. And I know you love SAKs from VIRGINIA. At least you can read that one from far away. I say put them all on a necklace with the blades open. It's the latest trend.

I finally found a cheap WorkChamp. But I'm not sure if it will displace my Hercules until I can assess the condition closely. In this enhanced version of the seller's pic, the blade looks scratches and dirty, but not chipped or bent. Front scale is broken, and I'm suspicious about the large phillips lever or "opener bump" which looks flattened at the tip. Has the small phillips, but looks like fluted CS and older metal file. So not sure of the year on it.

+B sells individual scales, but with shipping, might be cheaper to buy a Cowboy or other thinner 111 for the scales and blade.

Then again Im thinking about putting some green hunter scales on it.

Already posted this in the wrong thread, but I'll try again. Won this for $30. Pretty sure it's a soldier, but I know nothing about it. Is the sig legit? Was this a production SAK or did someone add the sig later she on?
