I knew it would be a hit. So glad it came together like this. REALLY excited. Now to figure out how to keep it looking this awesome...

Thanks again, Robert! This won't be the last one. I am already planning the next one, just have to put some funds aside know that you have broken my bank with my knife purchases. I can already tell this forum is going to be my downfall.

Seriously, guys.  Just 17 posts to date and I am already trying to figure out where to hide new toys so the wife doesn't have me sleeping on the trampoline in the back yard. It stays hot through the night this time of year here in Charleston.

Is there a help forum in here that I haven't been able to find? It sure isn't in the trade forums... Nor in the mod forums... Nor the...  Oh, Dear Lord, I really do need help.

What a nice idea!

Can you do the same in 74mm? I would love a brass scaled Executive.

That Custom 58mm T&T Solution System Solution is fantastic! BTW I believe it's the same design as shown here: http://victorinox.saam007.com/monster58.php

That custom toothpick tweezer mod is pure genius.  How much do you want for that one?

Ah ok.  Well I could do the 1.5 mm the same way then with these screws.  Otherwise Id have to use different hardware for 2 mm.

This one was special order. I had been looking through his mods and dreamed it up. Didn't know if it was possible so I asked and he was willing to play with the idea. Robert is top notch and gave me exactly what I was hoping for.

With any luck, he'll be making more for me in the future.

Nice score, those are some really good looking ones!

I've really liked the look of the red and teh green edelweiss scales, kind of want to transplant them to a Rambler, unless they make an edelrambler.

Very nice implementation.  Does the toothpick go in on the other side?

Just got back from a holiday to Strasbourg and Zurich, and managed to pick up two new SAKs - a Zurich themed Climber, and an orange Cadet from the 5 colours set. My only regret was not buying the red, silver and black ones they also had that would've completed my set!

I've been calling the Victorinox knives with pictures on the handles 'tourist' knives. However that's probably causing confusion with the standard Tourist model. In the future I'll refer to them as 'scenic' knives. Any comments or suggestions?

Souvenir knives?

I think the "scenic knives" suggestion might be better suited. In my opinion the name "souvenir knives" would be better for those with the scales like the Lucerne Lion ones MARIOS7319 posted a while ago. But I'm not a native speaker so I may be interpreting it wrong. ;)

i have a manager with sapphire scales, not very clean.if i give up the decision of having a midnight manager i can make a edelrambler and gain 3.5 mm  :tu: and i will make a jetsetter 3 (scissors, cap lifter combo tool, maybe a pen).this loot of 58mm will be my playground for this autumn.
