How do you find the sharpeners?  I've bought a heap of second hand SAKs and they all need sharpening. I've been thinking about getting one of those pocket sharpeners, would they do the trick?

I haven't tried them yet, but I will soon on a few old SAKs that have lost their edges a bit... but they seem very good, especially the pen-sized sharpener.

This is almost a Ti vagabond, but it has the cuticle pusher instead of emergency blade. Oh and I cut a tweezer slot in the back scale.

This thread continues to hurt me in the lower area...like a kick in the pills every time...

Fisherman
Wenger Evo 14
Wenger Commander
2 Swiss Classics
And a Climber with nylon scales that I must admit I like A LOT...

Gotta love these scales:

Finally received my VSAKCS 2012 Doctor's knife. The first vanished without a trace into the labyrinth of the USPS. Doug Dillman of Casco Cutlery was nice enough to send a replacement. Thanks again, Doug!  :salute:

Sorry sawman, but my latest SAKs are a couple of Black Ice Spartans that I picked up from knifeworks for $77 each. My plan is to list one on ebay and see where it goes. Hopefully it will pay for most of the other one. If not, I will list them both because I agree that $77 is too much for a Spartan regardless of it's pretty coating (this normally sells for $120 at other retailers), I'm not a hardcore collector...I acquire what I like and want to use/carry. I would also post pics, but I'm not removing them from their boxes at this point.

I don't normally a flip knives, but when I do, it's Victorinox limited/collectables.  >:D

By the way...When I do list it, I'll probably start the auction at what I paid for it (if not at .99 cents).

In regards to my little joke about flipping knives...all of my recent listing on the forums have been listed at a loss to my initial investments in them.
