You installed it? What did you harvest it from?
I guess it's technically a "package opener" from a Leatherman Rev. The Kick is pretty beat up, but it was my first Leatherman, so it now has the Rev's package opener, and a broken donor Rebar's saw, file, and reamer.1

1Not the Rebar from my challenge. I still use that one.

Cheese does a better job at cutting than this tool's scissors.

My corkscrews have been used for a lot of things, but I've never thought to open a jar with one. I assume it pops the seal, so the lid opens more easily?

Day 18

Put some gorilla tape in my Fiskars X5 sheath, to stop it from rattling. Nice and tight now.

Made another kleenex holder.

And took apart a mini Bic.

Day 19

I made some sheaths for my kitchen knives.

And cut some juice boxes. I use them to store plastic bags.

And I modified a ratchet set case to store a longer extension. I really like the tanto blade.

Reamer, thanks for this review; it has been very interesting not only because of the tool, but your ability to repurpose and adapt!
I'll be copying the cardboard box shopping bag holders, as I'm sure they'll tidy up my kitchen cabinet a bit. Thanks!

If that plastic is as stiff as it looks, a tanto might be just about the only one both pointy and robust enough to easily handle that job.

Edit to add: A drop point might be okay. A clip point would be too likely to break off.

At home I generally use oven mitts or a hand towel or something, but whilst camping, I use the pliers for hot pots all the time. It's a good trick.

I definitely meant dish towel. I must have been tired.

Day 21

I had replaced a broken suitcase handle with twigs, and it looked rather crude.
I found a nice dowel to replace one twig. Saw, drill, and it looks much better. Now to find a larger one and I am set.

I like the drill bit in the bit extender. That's probably a bit outside the original spec.

Nice job on the handle!  :tu:
Would you say the saw was comparable to Leatherman's, Gerber's ,SOG's, or none? Jist curious.

I do not have a Gerber with a saw. The Roxon saw is good. Its spine is ground thinner than the teeth, but not as big a difference in thickness compared to a Leatherman saw's teeth and spine. Still, it locks firmly, the teeth are properly aggressive, it has a good length, and it just works.

Day 22

I also modified a Cricket sparker insert. The plug is just pressed in, and it had come off. So I crimped a hook screw into a ring, cut a little off the tip, cut the spring, and screwed it in the sparker. It started splitting as it is very thin plastic, but the screw holds tightly, it is much easier to grip, and it can be put on lanyards, zippers, keys etc.
