Good drop the Jamison McStitchy, I visited the factory in Ireland a few years back, most enjoyable indeed :drink:

We may have to start a side thread on how we intend to edc our Christmas booze…I see I’m the only one who’s remembered at this stage :pok:  :)

Here’s a start, the little one even clips to my belt

I don’t need to remember to carry it, my in-laws keep a bottle of Tullemore Dew at the house just for me.

Only an hour away. I had to take a plane  Shame on you  :twak:

Great time in Dublin  :tu: :drink: (if you've never been, GO!)

We also did the Guinness Connoisseur tour money machine (also good BTW)

The pics were taken this time last year

Jameson is a fantastic place  :tu:
We didn't do the tour (just wandered in) We sat in the bar area and had a few winter warmers  :drink:

It's much more intimate than the Guinness thing; but that's to be expected I guess  :dunno:

If anyone is travelling (planes) then do the Guinness Connoissuer tour (it's worth the extra  ;) )

Either way, Dublin is brilliant, but SO expensive (and I live in London  :ahhh :ahhh :ahhh )

I hate to disappoint. :D
I've already lost a lot of weight, so we'll see how this goes. That is my weight with phone, wallet, keys, shoes ect, but not my full edc for December. I'll keep weighing myself without the additional edc stuff for December, and hopefully the number will keep lowering.

If you're going to pocket carry your EDC I recommend the Duluth Fire Hose cargo pants or shorts.  I wear them all the time.  So many pockets.  I hadn't even discovered one pocket until I'd been wearing them for a month.  It's on the inside.  You can't even access it without excusing yourself from public view.  Why would they put another pocket on the inside?  Because they can, that's why.

I still haven't decided if I'm going into the challenge with just what's in my pockets or if I should include the bag that is with me whenever I leave the house.  The bag holds the first aid kit, umbrella, some books to read if I have to wait somewhere, some meal replacement bars and other stuff, batteries and whatever.  I like having it with me if I'm out for the day, but for quick trips, running errands, I can get along without it.

Right, I'm going to adjudicate here. It's far far too early for whisky, unless it's in coffee or drunk from a flask. Where as, a Bloody Mary is a suitable beverage for any time of day (or indeed any occasion), but best not right before you go to bed... else you might get a fright when you wake up and think you've sick'd up blood...  :ahhh

I had considered going pockets-only, but I'll need insect repellent and afterbite, sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, water bottle, shopping bags, a whole bunch of stuff, so man-purse it is.
The extra weight will be negated by losing some weight I've been edc'ing for quite a while.

Think I’m going to have to as well RP as I need similar things at this time of year, although would prefer pocket only. I’ve got a bum bag kind of thing I use for walking with bottle holders and a couple of zipped pockets…think my neighbours might be a bit curious on the 7am dog walk mind  :dunno:
