Thx Vicman!

There aren't that many knives which feature that much full size blades.

Honestly those blades weren't used a lot while being in this challenge. Mainly the openers and the screwdrivers. And the scissors.

Day 29

Rather than show you another picture of a sliced apple, I'll mention a thing or two about the saw.  I was really skeptical at first - figuring that any SAK saw is too small to be useful.  But as we all know, and have seen on Felix Immlers videos - it's not the size that counts it's how you use it. There have been many times when I'm camping, and I've gone into my pack to fetch a saw from a SwissChamp, but with my usual EDC SAK in the pocket Ive never needed much else.  So this one extra tool, plus the iconography of the OHT led me on a search for this - my first 111mm.  Overkill for this month... but... I'm quite sure that if you were stuck out in the woods with an OHT you wouldn't have any additional advantage with a fixed blade.

Thank you for the kind words about acquiring the book.
As some of you may know from another thread I had started about it...this one cost $140 plus shipping. :o
I hope any of you yet to find it can get a better price.  I have found out they are hard to find in original condition with the cardboard cover and letter insert.  :salute:
