Day 11

Switching to a different tool today.

Skeletool KBx. … Knife, Bottle opener, serrations.  I think this technically counts as a multitool.

I have to say…. 10 days with a folding knife and no SAK… it was only one time that I wanted scissors. I happened to have a Vic Classic in my coat pocket and I was able to resist the urge to use it.

Looking forward to this lightweight knife for the next part of the challenge.

DAY 11  Ah, the irony.  Using a combo blade to free a serrated blade.

DAY 11

A long day at work today  ::)
Once at home, I used the somewhat odd (to me) bottle opener on the Octane  :dunno: :drink:

Stay safe awl.. :salute:

Powernoodle Day 12

I found 2 more combo blades in the Special Reserve Collection - the SOG Trident, top, and Benchmade 710.

The Leek seems to be one of the most recommended folding knives on the “other” forums.  The sheepsfoot / wharncliffe blade is really versatile

Nice!  I was "thinking" about getting one of the SOG knives. Not like I need one, but their new lineup is  :tu:

Day 12

Went for a walk today. Brought an orange for a snack and used the Skeletool to nick the peel. This knife is so light it's  :o
I really like how light and portable it is... Compared to my usual Pioneer X

This is about half of my Kershaw Leek stash.  They are pretty tasty little knives.  I'll have to see of one of them is a combo.
