Some of the answer may be fixed vs. variable costs and the numbers of each model produced and sold, e.g. the fixed costs to produce the 110 are spread across many more units sold than the 113.  Guessing it may also have something to do with competitors’ pricing for similar models…
That's most probable reason I could think of too, don't get me wrong, I adore the pattern and see myself getting one day.  And what strikes me interesting is Buck 119, Gerber Armstrong, Kabar, etc are all in the same neighborhood of price range, and they are strong, popular competitors too.  The following for Buck/113 must be strong to keep those margin up to worth making them.  Anyhow, I'm rambling now.  :D

Thank you so much for all the warm response and support!

Everyone at home are doing alright and safe, just need a few weeks to sort things out and hopefully life would back to normal in a few months.

Day 24

Spirit MX cuts open a kid snack later at night, basically it's crispy ramen which can be consumed without cooking.

Feel better Comis!

Day 23

Neck knife selfie #2. The CRKT lays a lot flatter and more comfortably. Again, I replaced the paracord with a dogtag chain. The toggle it comes with to adjust the length is a big helper, would not wear a neck knife without one again. Also a much smoother draw. My wife has declared the lanyard awkward, but tried wearing it for a bit and said she can see the value. She doesn't have pockets on most of her pants. Maybe neck knives will be the next big women's accessory.

That might just be the new direction, if makers could make them "prettier", jewelry knife could become a new growth trend.

Day 21 make-up

Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I need to temporarily relocate for a few weeks.  So in the heist, the Spirit MX and my 91mm Mountaineer(not in the challenge) are the two tools I got with me.  The magnets probably need to delay for another month or two, but hopefully life will be back to normal within the next month or two...

Good luck and best wishes  :salute:

Ramen that doesn't require cooking sounds great to this middle-aged man, too!

Day 24

Paracord was easily handled by the Izula II (provided the pieces weren't too short), and the Tinker's cap lifter was used to finish opening a recalcitrant beverage can.

A package from Survival Supplies Australia arrived.
I used the Mora to open it. I got the Mora from them a while back too. :D

Mini infernos, three 9-hour candles, and the accessory for my Kansbol sheath. They threw in a free glow stick as well! :like:

Nice purchase.  I have the attachment on my Kansbol as well and really like it.  The mini infernos work pretty well too.  I’ve thought about making some of my own but haven’t gotten around to it yet.

Thanks, in fact this knife just starts to show wear slowly since I dont carry it together with other hard objects in the same pocket which would speed up the process, but I really like how it shows its age.

I always wonder how people keep their alox scales scratch free when showing them off in various forums. Some look like new out of the box...

Nice haul!  One of my favourite Moras is the Black survival which has attached ferro rod and sharpening stone, and I do think this attachment is surely a nice change.
