Never heard of before!

Looks interesting, find at a health food store or Amazon?

I remember my maternal grandfather drank POSTEM a grain based hot beverage.
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

They actually make mushroom coffee.  Despite liking mushrooms a d the claimed health benefits, I just haven’t brought myself to try it.  I knew of Ryze, but I guess  mushroom coffee is even more popular that I thought.

I have tried some cocoa that is brewed like coffee, which is pretty good; hot chocolate without the sweetness.

Interesting!  I doubt I would like it, but I would try it.  I like earthy coffees, and mushroom coffee sounds like it would be earthy as well.

@zoidberg it could be yours, I'm going to write a review for it and after that I dunno. It's a curious piece but don't know how practical. It honestly doesn't need the detent or liner lock. The mechanism could make it operate like a friction folder. Heck get rid of the flipper tab as well.

I agree. A simple friction folder version would have good appeal.

What did Fisher see there?
He wasn’t looking at anything specific, just enjoying the view while I took a photo.  Here was his view

The 55th anniversary of the moon landing, so it has to be the Speedmaster today.

I think Mr Crunch would be the perfect choice for a trip into space.

Day 20

This mug is from a bookstore/coffee shop I worked at in college. The place is closed now, so I don't use it super often since I can't replace it. It's probably had more wine in it than anything. We kept a bottle behind the counter and would sometimes have a mug after close, and I still put some in it occasional for nostalgia sake.

Day 21

A SAK with a roll of stamped out wrenches made in Japan.  When my late Dad used to go to the flea market, he had to spend money on something.  I suppose that is what happened with these things.  I found them the other day when I was searching for some old watches.  Never did find them.  The watches not the wrenches.  Best wishes.  G

Day 21

Buck 110s, both Clip Point and Drop Point

The Aluminum (5th down), is a very light knife!

The Drop Point LT sees the most carry time lately,

[ You are not allowed to view this attachment ]

The top 110, diamond wood, was my first for an April Fools Challenge, the RED drop point Slim Select was my last impulse purchase from BUCK , a nail Nick model.

Day 21 Post
I bought two of these a few years ago.

[ You are not allowed to view this attachment ]

Put one in a desk drawer.  The other in one of my packs.  The coating on the one in the drawer has dried out, but not yet cracked.  The one in the pack deteriorated and the covering cracked and started to fall off.  I finished the removal process (very easy) and was left with this.  Still works but looks strange.  Seems safe.  Thoughts?

Day 21

@Loopcutter, this is the sling I am currently carrying for the summer.  It is an old, discontinued 15L lightweight model from Patagonia.  But as replacement, I would highly recommend the Bellroy, either the 7L or 9L, they are quite well made, perfect if you are not carrying as much as I do.

I put all my goodies within a 'bag organizer', so it is easier to access and stuff would stay put where they belong.

The two main features are the Vaperade orange tool organizer, which hosts my SAK and Knipex XS Cobra, and the while Lil Gear Xpac bag, which is my urban creature comfort bag(meds, boo-boo kit, extra cash, charging cord, cash, etc).  If I am travelling, I simply pull these two small oragnizers out and just toss it into my backpack and I am good to go.

Forget to mention, I love the blue portable fan I have recently found, it runs on 3S 18650 lipo batteries(which is alot of power) and it sounds like an angry drone flying right next to me whenever I turn it on...but man, this get its job done!  I usually only turns it on 5% power, but I could literally blow all the coffee out of my mug when I turn it on 100%.

DAY 21

Finally joined the Roxon following with the flash elite....it was £22 posted on Amazon.... quite good  :D

I bought the Leatherman Free P2, and was not impressed, I sent it back for a refund....the Roxon is a better one handed multi tool, but a little hard on the pliers....

The OHT was a far better tool than the Free P2 as well.

DAY 21

A busy day today WFH, so not much actual use  ::)

Here's one of my most carried combos, a brass Climber & Fenix E01 with a soft leather pocket slip.

It lives in the dining table/desk drawer (just in case  :dunno:)

They don't like it up 'em!

3 weeks in, already, and  here's something that I don't often pull out.  Bought it a couple years ago because of the oddity of it.  Knife is a pretty straight forward liner lock.  No assisted, no flipper.  What makes this one special is the set of spring loaded tools that are housed between the frame and the scales.
IDK. Maybe good for a bicyclist or similar.
Addicted to sharp pointy things.

Nice loadout picture.  Bellroy does make some nice gear.   I might have to look into the fan.  I have one that runs off usb, but 18650s might be nice.

A Sharpie or mini Sharpie in the pocket is one of my most-used EDC items.  Here in The Colonies, the mini Sharpie is generally sold in stores only during "back to school" days.

Sorry IMR and LoopCutter.  I do very well with math and science.  Written comms, average or so.
Pictured are butane “windproof” lighters.  I see Zippo males a couple of butane inserts for their metal cases.  Guess I’ll go that direction.
