Well, they declared the Wingman as the best EDC MT, so it may be fair to question their judgement.

Day 24

Stuff! :mail:
Knipex miniatures, Vanquest Costanza wallet, Victorinox serrated kitchen knife.
(Image removed from quote.)
Oh, you gonna love those Knipex no doubt, and it maybe a hush-hush thing to say to a fellow knife enthusiast, but if we look past the aesthetics, that Vic folding paring knife may just be the most practical ultralight weight folding knife money can buy.  :like:

Day 24

Received the GAW kindly donated by ToolJoe today :hatsoff: will definitely get some use out of the flashlights and will add the duct tape to an EDC pouch

(Image removed from quote.)
Love duct tape, I rank it pretty high up as a household essential, right next to bacon. :tu:

Day 24
At zero dark hundred this morning I successfully liberated a bag of snacks with the aid of the MP600 scissors.
Why the best eat always happen after zero dark hundreds...

Day 24

If there's one thing little guy learnt early in his speech is 'change battery', and I never quite understand why all the young kids are so drawn to a charismatic talking pig nowadays.

Although I don't love the combo blade I have actually used it some this month :salute: Still not a fan of combo blades but it does cut ;)

Day 23

The Minimaster helped open a denatured alcohol can to refill my spare fuel bottle.

(Image removed from quote.)

I did need to bring in some back-up to cut and twist some wire for making a handle for my Trangia simmer ring.

Only nice toys are stored in the pelican case, must be some fancy equipment inside. :D

Great job, good as new! :tu:

:D  Funny my little one have a taste for anything that's sour, he could eat lime or lemon with a straight face.

I have something similar and one good thing about this kind of stove is it does provide a good seal with whatever fuel being put inside, so it could be easily carried without an extra bottle of fuel. :like:
I usually do have some in the stove, but also like to have a small 2oz bottle just in case.

:like: What's cooking  :pok: :tu:
It was just for some morning coffee.

In the evening I did some popcorn, but went ahead a made a fire in the twig stove for that.

C'mon Poncho.  Who're you kidding? You know the NXT is becoming your new favorite. In another couple of weeks you'll be buying a second one as a back up in case you damage or lose this one.

 :twak:

He is suppose to be getting a BO NXT so that he can mix and match SS and BO parts like he has done with a couple of ST 300s. Instead, he bought a Curl.

Day 25

Tightened a hook. The Phillips is not bad exactly. It bites securely into the screws, it locks firmly, and has worked well so far. Ergonomics are not good, accessibility is not good, it could have been square shank to fit the bit adapter. Average, but it works.
